Good news: a problem affecting weather.gov and NCO has been resolved. Service should be back to normal.

Weather.gov is the public NWS website and NCO is NWS Central Operations, which runs the computing behind the forecast models.

Around 16/2100Z, NCO resolved the second round of issues with
forecast.weather.gov that were causing slowness or
unresponsiveness to point and click forecasts.
