A site failover of the IRIS/iNWS application from Boulder to
College Park will occur today at 1700 UTC. During the failover,
the IRIS website will be unavailable for up to 30 minutes.
Watches and warnings delivered via iNWS texts and emails may be
delayed by approximately 5 minutes.
