CONNECTIVITY ISSUE IMPACTING NLETS IN BOULDER...
At 28/1735Z, the NLETS application in Boulder began experiencing
connection issues due to a NLETS circuit outage.  Verizon has
been contacted to troubleshoot the NLETS circuit outage. No ETR
is available at this time.
